Where do we begin?

We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation to determine your family’s needs and which services align best with your goals. If you think we'll make a great team, we'll move forward from there.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! We currently have availability to work with new clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Contact us to book a consultation and learn more about our unique services.

Where do services take place?

We offer mobile outpatient OT services within 10 miles of Baltimore, MD (21224), so we come to you! Whether it’s at your home or out in the community, sessions happen in real-life settings to help build skills in the places you use them most. 
Be More Coaching and Consulting services are available online.

Do you accept insurance?

We only accept private pay for our services. This means that we do not work with insurance companies or other third-party payment providers. This allows us to offer more personalized and flexible care, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service without the limitations of insurance protocols. We can provide documentation if you need to submit for reimbursement directly to your insurance provider.

How much do services cost?

OT Evaluation: $250

Direct OT Session: $150/hr

Executive Function Coaching: $150/hr

Consulting: $250/hr

IEP Coaching: $250/hr
